Watch City Steampunk Festival

Centered on Waltham’s beautiful Common at the corner of Main and Moody Streets, the Watch City Steampunk Festival is the great outdoor festival of the Steampunk genre—a cultural and social movement melding elements of Victorian-era history and fashion with retro-futuristic technology.

Watch City 2015 will featuring a broad array of theatrical and musical performers as well as clothing, jewelry, art, and food vendors. The Festival is will also include kids programming, making this most definitely a family friendly event, as well.

 

While the Waltham Farmers' Market usually kicks off their annual season in June, they will be offering a Special Spring Market on Watch City Steampunk Festival Day, Saturday, May 9th!

You'll be able to by your seedlings, gifts for Mom (after all, the 10th IS Mothers' Day!), spring vegetables, cheese, maple syrup, fish, breads, soaps, and more!

You'll also be serenaded with a live Steampunk musical performance by Professor Death and the Mostly Ghostly at 11:00am!

Steam On to the Waltham Farmers' Market, located at 119 School Street, just one block from Waltham Common, from 9:30am to 2:00pm on Festival Day!
