Detailed Instructions for Finding the alewife shuttle pickup location

If you arrive via the T:

  1. Exit the train and continue walking in the direction that the train was traveling (do NOT go towards Russell Field).

  2. Go up one level and exit via the turnstiles.

  3. Bear right and walk past the Dunkin Donuts and the Bank of America, following signs for the “Pick Up/Drop Off” area.

  4. Go up to ground level after you pass Bank of America.

If you arrive via bus:

  • The bus will arrive at ground level not far from the “Pick Up/Drop Off” area.

For all shuttle riders:

  • You should be at ground level by a driveway, under a sign that says “Drop Off/Pick Up No Parking."  Look for the 128 Business Council’s “Shuttle Service” sign, which indicates the pickup spot for the 128 Business Council Shuttle. Both the sign and the shuttle have a circular red “AWF" logo.
